iGaming Super Show, 11-14th July 2017

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]THE iGaming Super Show, the biggest single conference of its kind for online gambling, is set to take place in Amsterdam next month, with Event Director Shona O’Donnell describing it as a must attend event.

The show, which runs from July 11-14, attracted 4,313 delegates last year but that total is expected to reach 5,000 this time around.[/vc_column_text][vc_images_carousel images=”1693,1694″ img_size=”680×512″ autoplay=”yes” wrap=”yes”][vc_column_text]The Super Show will have eight events running at the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre, including the Financial Partners Expo and Amsterdam Affiliates Conference.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]O’Donnell said: “Then you’ve got the iGaming Super Show itself which is the B2B zone, so that’s suppliers to the industry – 23 software providers, recruitment, payment, marketing services, anyone who is providing a service within the industry.”

She added: “It’s a single show across the whole industry but one of the trends that we’ve really noticed is the blurring of traditional roles. So what we’re seeing is that affiliates don’t necessarily stay as affiliates, suppliers are also operators, affiliates buy a white label and become operators themselves, operators buy affiliates to bring their traffic in house.

“So there’s a real merging of roles and there is much less clarity. People are working across a lot of sectors and roles and creating businesses that provide multiple services rather than just one.”

O’Donnell believes that convergence of roles is what makes the show so important. She said: “To be able to go to one event that can service essentially all their needs, or that they can bring their entire team to because there is something for everyone, we think is a real strength.

“What’s lovely is we’re seeing a lot of the bigger suppliers, who maybe in the first two or three years wouldn’t bother sending anyone, for whom it is now a must-attend event.”[/vc_column_text][vc_video link=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/215867392?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0″][vc_column_text]A dedicated sports betting conference at the show is being organised in conjunction with Sports Betting Community (SBC). O’Donnell added: “There’s a real focus on content in that making sure the focus is not just UK-focused and that the content is covering all aspects of sports betting including emerging markets and new technologies.”

“Ultimately a face-to-face event is about building and maintaining relationships and spending quality time with customers and clients and potential customers and clients.

“It’s something you can’t get from a Skype call or a virtual exhibition.
